First Annual Bowling Tournament hosted by the Forsyth Young Republicans

Please join the Forsyth County Young Republicans for a fun filled evening at Stars & Strkes for their first annual Bowling Tournament.  $30 donation per player, $150 donation per team of 5. Includes 2 hours of boutique bowling, shoe rental, soft drinks and pizza. Adult beverages will be available for purchase. If you do not want to bowl, but would like to participate, food tickets are available for purchase.

Forsyth GOP Debate Reminder - Aug 2nd & 4th

The FCRP Debate Series continues on Monday, August 2nd when runoff candidates for Georgia Attorney General, Comr. Sam Olens and Sen. Preston Smith, and 9th Congressional District candidates, Congressman Tom Graves and Sen. Lee Hawkins, square off.  The debates will be at the Forsyth County Administration Bldg., located at 110 East Main Street, Suite 220, Cumming, Georgia 30040.  Doors open at 6:00 pm.  The Attorney General candidates will debate at 6:30 pm, followed by the 9th District candidates at 7:30 pm.

August 3rd - Regular Meeting Cancelled

In light of the Forsyth GOP Debate Series meetings on August 2nd & 4th, we will not be holding our regular meeting on August 3rd.

Once the runoffs are finished after August 10th, we will resume our regular meeting schedule.

A sample of the Republican Party ballot for the runoff is now out.  Click on the link below to download. 

Note that your ballot may not look exactly like this.  County Commissioner District 3 runoff will only be for coters in Forsyth County, District 3.  Additionally, the U.S. Representative district will correspond with the district you live in.  Most of Forsyth County is in US House District 9, although a small portion of the county is in District 7.

The runoff will be held on August 10th, 2010.
